Cop failed to comply with rules
6 July 2011 • In this landmark case, the Court of Appeal acquitted our client of murder following one of Singapore’s longest criminal trials. The Kadar case, as this case is now popularly known in legal circles, introduced new obligations on the Prosecution to provide evidence (in its possession) which could assist the Defence.
