Tara has over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate finance. She graduated with a Double Degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Manchester in 1995. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1997.
Tara spent an extensive portion of her career in the retail sector, being Head of Legal with Dairy Farm, and more recently, in the technology sector as Vice President of the legal department of an SGX main board listed company. Thereafter, she was also headhunted by a regional F&B group to lead their legal department. These in-house positions ensued after she had several years of combined practices in litigation, corporate and corporate finance.

- Trust / Funds related and various forms of commercial agreements.

- Initial public offerings of company on Mainboard and SGX-SESDAQ.

- Convertible Loan for listed company.
- S$325 million loan facility and accompanying collateral documents for a listed real estate group.
- Interested party transaction for listed companies.
- Capital reduction for listed companies / Cancellation of shares for listed companies.
- Capital reduction after privatisation of a listed company.
- Capital and Debt Restructuring of listed companies.
